TERMS AND CONDITIONS • CODE OF CONDUCT • RELEASE AND EVENT RULES

MANDATORY SECURITY SCREENING - NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND

Security personnel will be present. Every attendee must pass through metal detector screening, and all bags, cases, packages, strollers, and other carried items are subject to inspection. Guns, firearms, ammunition, knives, blades, pepper spray, mace, tasers, explosives, replica weapons, and all other weapons are prohibited. Refusal to be screened may result in denial of entry or removal without refund.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or using a ticket, wristband, badge, or other credential; entering the Event; or attending or participating in any Event activity, you agree to these Terms. They contain an assumption of risk, release of claims (including claims based on ordinary negligence), limitation of liability, indemnification obligations, and waiver of jury trial. Please read them completely.

1. ORGANIZER; EVENT; DEFINITIONS

These Attendee Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, Release, and Event Rules (collectively, the “Terms”) are between Courtside Events LLC, doing business as Miami Courtside Cardshow and Courtside Card Show (the “Organizer”), and each ticket purchaser, ticket holder, guest, entrant, attendee, participant, parent, legal guardian, or other person entering or participating in the Event (collectively, “Attendee,” “you,” or “your”).

These Terms govern the Miami Courtside Cardshow held October 2-4, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Miami / James L. Knight Center, 400 SE 2nd Ave., Miami, Florida 33131, together with related activities controlled by Organizer (the “Event”).

“Released Parties” means Organizer; its current and former owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, assigns, insurers, sponsors, contractors, service providers, and ticketing providers; the Event venue, Hyatt Regency Miami, the James L. Knight Center, and each of their respective owners, operators, managers, employees, agents, contractors, insurers, successors, and assigns.

For purposes of these Terms, a “ticket or credential” includes any digital or printed ticket, wristband, badge, pass, lanyard, QR code, or other admission or access device issued, distributed, or accepted for the Event.

2. ACCEPTANCE AND BINDING EFFECT

You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms by doing any of the following: purchasing or accepting a ticket, wristband, badge, pass, or other credential; possessing, wearing, displaying, presenting, or using a ticket or credential; clicking an acceptance box or other electronic acceptance; entering the Event; remaining at the Event; or participating in an Event activity. If you do not agree, do not purchase or accept a ticket or credential and do not enter the Event.

These Terms incorporate all written Event rules, posted notices, safety requirements, venue requirements, and lawful instructions issued by Organizer, the venue, security personnel, or law enforcement. The ticket purchaser is responsible for providing these Terms to every person for whom the purchaser obtains a ticket. No purchaser may waive another person’s independent legal rights except to the extent permitted by law.

3. OFFICIAL TICKETING; TICKETMASTER.COM ONLY

Event tickets are sold exclusively through Ticketmaster.com. Organizer does not authorize, guarantee, or assume responsibility for tickets purchased through any other website, marketplace, broker, social-media account, person, or source. A ticket obtained from an unofficial source may be counterfeit, duplicated, canceled, previously used, or otherwise invalid and may be rejected without refund by Organizer.

Ticket purchases, payment processing, delivery, transfers, verified resale (if offered), and transaction-related refunds are also subject to Ticketmaster’s then-applicable terms, privacy notice, and Standard Purchase Policy: legal.ticketmaster.com/purchase-policy/

Each valid ticket is a temporary, limited, revocable license for the access stated on the ticket. Tickets and credentials may not be altered, copied, duplicated, forged, used more than once, or used for unauthorized advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or commercial purposes. The first valid scan or other validation accepted by the ticketing system controls. Organizer may require a valid ticket, credential, and government-issued identification where reasonably necessary.

4. SALES; REFUNDS; EVENT CHANGES; FORCE MAJEURE

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. Except as required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Organizer and processed through Ticketmaster, ticket purchases are non-refundable and will not be exchanged or credited. No refund, credit, exchange, or compensation is owed because of an Attendee’s change of plans, illness, failure to attend, travel or lodging issue, transportation delay, weather affecting the Attendee’s travel, dissatisfaction, loss of a ticket or credential, refusal to comply with screening, denial of admission, or removal for violating these Terms.

Organizer may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, shorten, extend, reconfigure, or cancel all or part of the Event when reasonably necessary because of venue requirements, safety or security concerns, governmental action, operational needs, sponsor requirements, or circumstances beyond Organizer’s reasonable control, including hurricanes, tropical storms, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flooding, terrorism, threats of violence, civil unrest, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, utility failures, transportation disruptions, or venue closures (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).

If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated within the same general market, or replaced with a substantially similar event, the ticket will remain valid or transfer as directed by Organizer and Ticketmaster. Refunds for a postponed, rescheduled, or relocated Event will be available only if Organizer authorizes them, Ticketmaster offers them for the order, or applicable law requires them. If the Event is canceled and no replacement Event is provided, any refund or credit will be administered by Ticketmaster under the policy and notice applicable to the original purchaser’s order.

Unless Organizer or Ticketmaster officially announces that the Event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, the Event will be treated as proceeding as scheduled. Organizer and the Released Parties are not responsible for travel, lodging, shipping, parking, meals, lost time, lost opportunities, or any other direct or indirect expenses resulting from an Event change or Force Majeure Event.

5. ADMISSION; ACCESS; REVOCABLE LICENSE

Organizer retains discretion over Event hours, entrances, capacity, crowd flow, re-entry, credentialing, permitted access areas, programming, vendors, sponsors, guests, schedules, and other operational matters. Access may be delayed or limited for safety, security, capacity, legal compliance, venue requirements, or orderly Event operations.

A ticket does not guarantee admission after posted entry deadlines, uninterrupted access, re-entry, access to restricted areas, a particular vendor or guest, a particular schedule, merchandise availability, autograph or photo opportunities, or any specific experience. Tickets and credentials remain revocable and may be suspended or revoked as stated in these Terms.

6. SECURITY; BAG INSPECTION; METAL DETECTOR SCREENING

Security personnel will be present at the Event. Video surveillance and other security measures may also be used. Every Attendee must pass through walk-through or handheld metal detector screening before admission and may be required to undergo additional lawful screening if an alarm is triggered or security reasonably identifies a concern.

All bags, backpacks, purses, card cases, display cases, packages, strollers, mobility-device storage compartments, and other carried items are subject to inspection before entry and at any time during the Event. Attendees may be required to open containers, remove items, or present property for visual or other lawful inspection. Bag sizes and types may be restricted by posted Event or venue rules. Reasonable screening accommodations will be provided as required by law.

By presenting yourself for admission or remaining at the Event, you consent to these security measures. An Attendee who refuses or obstructs screening may be denied entry or removed without refund. Prohibited items must be removed from the property or handled as directed by security. Illegal items or suspected evidence of a crime may be reported or delivered to law enforcement. Organizer has no duty to store, safeguard, return, or reimburse any prohibited, surrendered, abandoned, lost, or confiscated item.

Security measures are intended for the Event as a whole and cannot eliminate every risk. They do not create a warranty, guarantee, bailment, custody relationship, insurer relationship, or duty to protect any Attendee or personal property beyond duties imposed by law.

7. NO WEAPONS; PROHIBITED ITEMS

NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED

This prohibition applies whether a weapon is concealed or openly carried and whether or not the person holds a concealed-carry license or other permit. It does not apply to on-duty law-enforcement officers or Event security personnel who are expressly authorized to carry a weapon while performing official duties.

Prohibited weapons and dangerous items include, without limitation:

• Firearms, guns, handguns, rifles, shotguns, ammunition, magazines, and firearm components;
• Knives, pocketknives, blades, razors, box cutters, swords, machetes, scissors intended or capable of use as a weapon, and sharpened objects;
• Tasers, stun guns, electronic control devices, pepper spray, mace, chemical sprays, clubs, bats, batons, brass knuckles, chains used as weapons, and martial-arts weapons;
• Explosives, fireworks, incendiary devices, flammable weapons, hazardous chemicals, and destructive devices;
• Replica, imitation, toy, or prop weapons when they could reasonably be mistaken for a real weapon; and
• Any tool, object, or device that Organizer, the venue, or security reasonably determines is dangerous, hazardous, or capable of use as a weapon.

Other prohibited items and activities include illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia; outside alcoholic beverages; intoxication or impairment that creates a safety or conduct concern; smoking or vaping inside the venue or in other prohibited areas; drones; laser pointers; unauthorized professional recording equipment; bags exceeding posted limits; outside food or beverages except as authorized or required for a reasonable accommodation; and any item prohibited by law, the venue, posted Event rules, or security personnel. Prohibited-item rules may be reasonably updated for safety or venue requirements.

8. ATTENDEE CODE OF CONDUCT

Organizer is committed to a safe, welcoming, honest, and respectful Event. Attendees must behave lawfully and professionally and must not engage in:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, abusive language, unwanted physical contact, sexual misconduct, or discriminatory conduct based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, age, or any other protected status;
• Threats, fighting, violence, reckless conduct, disorderly conduct, or conduct that creates a safety risk or materially disrupts the Event;
• Theft, robbery, fraud, scams, deceptive practices, knowingly passing counterfeit or stolen property, or misrepresenting ownership, authenticity, condition, grade, provenance, or value;
• Touching, opening, moving, photographing at close range, or handling another person’s cards, merchandise, equipment, display, bag, case, cash, or other property without permission;
• Blocking aisles, exits, doors, emergency equipment, vendor spaces, security checkpoints, or crowd-control areas;
• Tampering with credentials, surveillance, alarms, metal detectors, fire-safety equipment, venue property, or Event equipment;
• Entering restricted areas, sharing or misusing credentials, bypassing screening, or helping another person gain unauthorized access;
• Unauthorized commercial vending, table operation, solicitation, promotion, distribution of materials, raffles, gambling, or collection of attendee data;
• Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, outside alcohol, or intoxication that affects safety, judgment, or the experience of others;
• Defacing or damaging the venue or another person’s property; or
• Refusing to follow lawful instructions from Organizer, venue staff, security personnel, emergency personnel, or law enforcement.

Attendees should promptly report suspected theft, threats, harassment, unsafe conditions, counterfeit or stolen property, or other serious misconduct to Event security or Organizer staff. In an emergency, call 911 when safe to do so.

9. BUYING, SELLING, TRADING, AND MERCHANDISE

The Event brings together independent vendors and attendees. Organizer is not the seller, buyer, broker, appraiser, authenticator, guarantor, escrow agent, or party to any purchase, sale, trade, consignment, loan, cash advance, grading submission, shipping arrangement, or other transaction between Attendees, vendors, sponsors, or third parties.

Organizer does not guarantee or verify authenticity, ownership, grade, condition, value, provenance, legality, merchantability, fitness, delivery, payment, refund practices, or representations concerning any card, collectible, memorabilia, sealed product, service, or other merchandise. Each participant is responsible for inspecting merchandise, confirming identity and authority, conducting due diligence, documenting the transaction, protecting payment information, and resolving disputes directly with the other party.

Attendees may not operate a booth, table, roaming sales business, or other commercial vending activity without Organizer’s prior written approval and an applicable vendor agreement. Organizer may permit limited personal buying or trading that does not interfere with vendors, aisles, security, or Event operations. No person may possess, offer, sell, trade, or distribute counterfeit, stolen, illegal, infringing, unsafe, or fraudulently described merchandise.

Organizer may request that an item or activity be discontinued, request reasonable proof of ownership or authenticity, revoke credentials, remove a person, preserve relevant information, or contact law enforcement. Organizer has no duty to investigate, authenticate, appraise, recover property, mediate disputes, or reimburse a transaction loss.

Taxes, licenses, and transaction compliance. Each Attendee who buys, sells, trades, consigns, transfers, or otherwise deals in goods or services at or connected with the Event acts solely on the Attendee’s behalf and is solely responsible for: (a) determining, collecting, reporting, filing, and paying all applicable sales, use, income, business, excise, and other taxes, fees, assessments, or charges; (b) obtaining and maintaining required tax registrations, resale certificates, permits, licenses, and governmental approvals; (c) issuing required receipts or documentation; and (d) maintaining required records. Organizer does not provide tax advice, act as a collector or reporting agent for participant transactions, or handle taxes for any participant. Nothing here alters obligations imposed directly on Organizer by law.

10. PERSONAL PROPERTY; THEFT; LOST ITEMS

Attendees are solely responsible at all times for continuously monitoring, possessing, supervising, securing, safeguarding, and insuring their cards, collectibles, inventory, merchandise, cash, payment devices, valuables, jewelry, phones, bags, cases, equipment, and all other property. High-value items must never be left unattended. Attendees must use appropriate insurance and theft-prevention measures and must not rely on security personnel, cameras, surveillance, screening, bag inspections, locks, other attendees, vendors, coat checks, lockers, or Event staff as a substitute for personal supervision, continuous monitoring, and appropriate insurance.

Security personnel, surveillance, screening, bag inspections, cameras, locks, and other security measures are provided for general Event operations only. They may deter or respond to incidents but do not guarantee prevention, detection, recovery, or reimbursement of theft, loss, disappearance, damage, fraud, or other wrongdoing. Organizer does not undertake custody or control of any Attendee’s property merely because security measures are present.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer and the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, exchanged, counterfeited, or abandoned property. Accepting or temporarily holding an item for lost-and-found purposes does not create a bailment or guarantee return. Third-party lockers, shipping, storage, payment, or security services are governed by the provider’s own terms.

11. MINORS; PARENT AND GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY

A minor must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times. The supervising adult is responsible for the minor’s conduct, safety, access, purchases, trades, property, and compliance with these Terms. The Event does not provide child care or assume responsibility for supervising minors.

By bringing a minor to the Event, the accompanying parent or legal guardian confirms that the minor may attend, authorizes the minor’s presence in areas where Event photography and recording occur, and agrees that these Terms apply to the adult and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the minor. Nothing in these Terms waives a minor’s rights beyond what applicable law allows.

12. ACCESSIBILITY; SERVICE ANIMALS; MEDICAL NEEDS

Organizer and the venue will provide reasonable modifications and accommodations as required by applicable law. Attendees seeking an accommodation should contact Organizer as early as reasonably practical at courtsidecardshow0@gmail.com. Security requirements apply to all Attendees, but reasonable alternative screening procedures will be used when required because of a disability, medical device, mobility device, or other protected need.

Animals are prohibited except trained service animals and other animals that applicable law requires the Event or venue to admit. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control and may be removed only as permitted by law. Pets and emotional-support or comfort animals that do not qualify for access under applicable law are not permitted.

13. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY; NAME, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS RELEASE

Photography, videography, audio recording, livestreaming, interviews, and other media capture may occur throughout the Event. By entering, each Attendee acknowledges that the Attendee may be photographed or recorded and grants Organizer and its successors, assigns, licensees, sponsors, media partners, and designees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to capture, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, transmit, and otherwise use the Attendee’s name, voice, image, likeness, appearance, statements, and other indicia of identity in any media now known or later developed for promotional, advertising, editorial, educational, archival, commercial, or other lawful purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

A parent or legal guardian attending with a minor grants the foregoing permission for the minor to the fullest extent permitted by law. An Attendee with a specific concern about being prominently featured should notify Organizer staff; Organizer may make reasonable efforts to address the concern but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental, crowd, background, livestream, or previously captured footage.

14. ATTENDEE PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING, AND CONTENT CREATION

Personal, noncommercial photography using a phone or small personal camera may be permitted unless posted rules, a vendor, another Attendee, security personnel, or Organizer directs otherwise. Obtain permission before closely photographing or recording another person, a private conversation, a transaction, credentials, payment information, or a vendor’s merchandise or display.

Professional photography, press activity, commercial filming, organized interviews, livestreaming for commercial purposes, tripods, lighting, drones, or other production equipment require Organizer’s prior written approval. No content activity may block aisles, interfere with transactions, misrepresent affiliation with the Event, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, compromise security, or materially disrupt operations. Organizer may restrict or revoke recording privileges at any time.

15. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND EMERGENCY INSTRUCTIONS

Attendees must comply with fire codes, capacity limits, evacuation instructions, public-health requirements, and all lawful safety directions. Keep exits and aisles clear. Do not attend while experiencing a contagious illness when public-health guidance or common prudence calls for staying home.

Organizer may contact emergency medical services or take reasonable emergency action when circumstances appear to require it, but does not undertake a duty to provide medical care. The Attendee is responsible for medical, ambulance, transportation, and related costs incurred on the Attendee’s behalf, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

16. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Attendance and participation are voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Attendee knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks arising from or related to the Event, whether known or unknown, including crowd conditions; slips, trips, and falls; contact with people or objects; illness or communicable disease; security screening; theft, robbery, fraud, counterfeit transactions, or property loss; travel and transportation; severe weather and other Force Majeure Events; and the acts or omissions of vendors, sponsors, contractors, attendees, or other third parties.

17. RELEASE; WAIVER; COVENANT NOT TO SUE

EXPRESS RELEASE OF ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTENDEE IRREVOCABLY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, CAUSE OF ACTION, DAMAGE, LIABILITY, LOSS, COST, OR EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE EVENT, ATTENDEE’S PRESENCE OR PARTICIPATION, OR INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY.

Nothing in these Terms releases or limits liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be released or limited, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Event is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Organizer makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, concerning attendance, crowd size, vendors, sponsors, guests, programming, schedules, access time, merchandise, authenticity, safety outcomes, sales opportunities, internet or utility service, or any particular result or experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, travel costs, lodging costs, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of use, arising from or relating to the Event or these Terms, even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Released Parties for any claim by an Attendee arising from or relating to the Event or these Terms will not exceed the total price actually paid for that Attendee’s Event ticket. The exclusions and limitation in this Section do not apply where prohibited by law.

19. ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITY; INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attendee will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any third-party claim, governmental inquiry or proceeding, tax audit or assessment, demand, action, damage, liability, judgment, settlement, tax, fee, penalty, interest, cost, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to: (a) Attendee’s unlawful, fraudulent, reckless, or intentional conduct; (b) Attendee’s breach of these Terms; (c) Attendee’s possession, sale, trade, or distribution of counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, or infringing property; (d) Attendee’s violation of another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or property rights; (e) injury or property damage caused by Attendee; (f) Attendee’s purchases, sales, trades, consignments, transfers, or other transactions or commercial activities; (g) Attendee’s failure to determine, collect, report, file, remit, or pay any applicable tax, fee, assessment, or charge; or (h) Attendee’s failure to obtain or maintain any required registration, resale certificate, permit, license, or governmental approval. This obligation does not require Attendee to indemnify a Released Party for that Released Party’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law.

20. ENFORCEMENT; DENIAL OF ENTRY; REMOVAL

If Organizer, the venue, or security reasonably determines that an Attendee violated these Terms, presents a safety or security concern, possesses a prohibited item, uses an invalid ticket, interferes with Event operations, or refuses a lawful instruction, it may take any reasonable action, including issuing a warning, requiring corrective action, denying or delaying entry, confiscating or revoking an Event credential, removing the Attendee, closing an unauthorized sales activity, banning the person from future events, preserving relevant information, or contacting law enforcement.

Denial of entry, removal, credential revocation, or a future ban for a violation will be without refund or compensation. Operational and safety decisions made in good faith by Organizer, venue management, or security will be final for purposes of immediate Event administration and will not create liability except as required by law.

21. PRIVACY; TICKETMASTER; THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Ticketmaster is an independent third-party ticketing provider. Ticketmaster’s terms and privacy notice govern its collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of ticketing and payment information. Organizer may receive purchaser and attendee information from Ticketmaster and may collect information at the Event for ticket validation, Event administration, security, fraud prevention, customer service, legal compliance, accessibility, incident response, and Event-related communications, subject to applicable law.

Vendors, sponsors, payment processors, grading companies, shipping providers, authenticators, lockers, food and beverage operators, and other third parties may provide independent products or services. Their presence does not constitute Organizer’s guarantee or endorsement, and their own terms and privacy practices apply to your dealings with them.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Organizer’s names, logos, designs, website content, floor plans, badges, signage, graphics, photographs, videos, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Organizer and may not be copied, altered, sold, used to imply endorsement, or exploited commercially without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants an Attendee any license to use Organizer’s or a sponsor’s trademarks or other protected material.

23. GOVERNING LAW; EXCLUSIVE VENUE; JURY TRIAL WAIVER; FEES

These Terms and any dispute with Organizer arising out of or relating to the Event are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action against Organizer or another Released Party arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party submits to the jurisdiction of those courts and waives objections based on venue or forum non conveniens. Disputes with Ticketmaster remain subject to Ticketmaster’s own terms.

JURY TRIAL WAIVER

EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN AN ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE EVENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In an action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and litigation expenses to the extent permitted by law.

24. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE; CHANGES; MISCELLANEOUS

If provisions conflict: (a) applicable mandatory law controls; (b) Ticketmaster’s applicable purchase terms control ticket transaction, delivery, transfer, and refund processing; (c) these Terms control admission, participation, conduct, releases, and Event operations; and (d) venue rules control facility-specific safety and prohibited-item requirements unless Organizer imposes a stricter Event rule.

Organizer may update safety, security, operational, and conduct rules when reasonably necessary. The version posted on CourtSideCardShow.com on the date of attendance applies to conduct and operations at the Event. A material change to previously accepted refund or liability terms will not apply retroactively except when required by law or expressly accepted by the affected person.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Organizer’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. These Terms, together with incorporated Event, venue, and ticketing rules, constitute the entire agreement concerning Attendee admission and participation and supersede prior discussions on those subjects. Electronic acceptance and records have the same effect as originals to the extent permitted by law.
